Using a private car from Hanoi to Sapa is more convenient and more flexible. The travel time is shorter because you don’t have to wait for other passengers, and it allows you some breaks for photographs, refreshments, or toilets along the way from Hanoi to Sapa. Pick up and drop off

  • Pick up at Hotels in Sapa town. An extra fee will be applied if your hotel is located in the village far from Sapa town. The operator will reconfirm with you in this case
  • Please wait at the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time
  • Drop off at Hanoi Airport / Any address in Hanoi city basic

Notes

  • Surcharge might be applied if there are more than just 1 pick-up point for your group or your hotel is outside the Sapa town
  • Price Includes: Toll fees, Fuel, parking fee, and driver expense

Cancellation Policies

  • More than 48 hours before departure time: 100% refund but USD 5 par car will be charged as handling fee
  • 24 hours to 48 hours before departure time: 30% of the total tour price will be refunded
  • Within 24 hours before departure time: No refund
  • Passenger not showing up: No refund
