Terms & Conditions for Viettrip VN

Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website viettripvn.com ("Website") or booking a tour with Viettrip VN ("Company"). By using the Website or booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking and Payment

All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Full payment is due before the start of the tour.
We accept PAYPAL, VISA, AMEX, VTCPAY, ONEPAY.

2. Cancellation Policies

The following general cancellation policy applies to all bookings. If a specific tour, cruise, or transfer service has its own cancellation terms, those terms will take priority over the general policy below.

More than 48 hours before arrival: USD 1.5 / ticket as handling fee will be charged.
24 hours to 48 hours before starting time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded.
Within 24 hours before starting time: No refund.

3. Travel Documents

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas.

4. Liability

The Company is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the tour.
Travel insurance is highly recommended.

5. Changes to the Tour

The Company reserves the right to change the itinerary or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

7. Changes to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes.
