Bus Itinerary

  • 30 minutes before departure time, the bus and tour guide go around Hanoi old quarter for picking up.
  • The bus departs from Hanoi to Got pier following highway 5B and Tan Vu - Lach Huyen bridge ~ 2 hours.
  • Drop you off at Got terminal

Pick-up and drop-off

  • Hotel pick up: pick up at any hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or the default location is No. 56 Tran Nhat Duat street, Hanoi (for passengers stay outside Hanoi old quarter). The bus can't reach hotels at the small street/lane or walking street (especially at the weekend) so that our guide will come to pick you up then we will need to take a short walk to the bus.
  • Drop off point: at Waiting Hall of Got ferry terminal


  • Luggage Allowance: 1 medium bag (64 cm x 42 cm x 26 cm) and a small bag (30 cm x 13 cm x 42 cm) per passenger

Cancellation policy

  • 48 hours before departure time: USD 1.5 / tickets as handle fee
  • Within 24 - 48 hours prior departure time: 50% of the total price is charged
  • Within 24 hours prior departure time: 100% of the total price is charged
  • No show: 100% of total tour price
