Pick up and drop off

  • Pick up at any Hotel in Hanoi/ Hanoi Airport. For Airport pick up transfer, please provide your flight detail (flight number & departure time) on check out page
  • Drop off at your Hotel in Mai Chau
  • Please wait at the hotel reception area 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

  • Surcharge might be applied if there is more than just 1 pick-up (or drop-off point) for your group

Cancellation Policies

  • More than 48 hours before arrival: 100% refund with USD 4 / car as handling fee will be charged
  • 24 hours to 48 hours before the departure time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded
  • Within 24 hours before the departure time: No refund
  • Passenger not showing up: No refund
