The Luxury Minivan takes around 2.5 hours from Hanoi to Halong via New expressway with 1 break on the way.

Pick up and drop off

  • Pick up in Halong: Hotel around Halong city (Bai Chay and Hon Gai area), Tuan Chau island, and Tuan Chau harbor / Hon Gai port for the cruising
  • Drop off in Hanoi: Any hotel in Hanoi
  • Airport Drop Off service is available; please input the flight number at check out pages.
  • Note about pick up and drop off time: As a shared van service, actual pick up time may be +\- 30 minutes before or after the mentioned time - depending on pick up address of yours and other passengers. Your pick up time will be confirmed at least 6 hours before departure time via Email, WhatsApp, Line chat, Wechat or Kakaotalk

Other information

  • Stops: The van does not pick up on the way, however, it makes one stop for toilet and food.
  • Luggage Allowance: 1 medium bag (64 cm x 42 cm x 26 cm) and a small bag (30 cm x 13 cm x 42 cm) per passenger.

Cancellation Policies

  • More than 48 hours before arrival: USD 2 / ticket as handling fee will be charged;
  • 24 hours to 48 hours before starting time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded;
  • Within 24 hours before starting time: No refund.
