Pick up and drop off

  • Pick up at Da Nang: We pick up at any address in Da Nang city, Son Tra peninsula, Da Nang airport, and also Tien Sa port for the shore excursion
  • Drop off at Hội An: any hotel and address around Hội An town. For drop off at Tam Ky, please check this option
  • Please wait at the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time

Other information

  • You will receive confirmation of your booking’s availability within 5-working hours via email, What-apps, or Line app
  • Detail info of the transport (driver name & phone number, car model, and license plate number) will be updated at least 5 hours prior to departure time.
  • At the scheduled pick-up time, you just need to show up at the meeting point (normally the hotel lobby), our driver will come to pick you up, just with your name you can use the service.
  • If you do not receive any confirmation email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email / WhatsApp

Cancelation Policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancelations made at least 24 hours prior to the activity.
  • Cancel within 24 hours before the trip started, you would be charged for the cancelation fees (100% of the transaction value)
