Pick up and drop off

Pick up in Cat Ba:

  • At your hotel around Cat Ba Town center, Cai Beo Harbor.
  • Default meeting point as no. 05 Tung Dinh street, Cat Ba town

Drop off at Hanoi Airport:

  • For domestic flight: terminal 01
  • For international flight: terminal 02
  • Transfer time will vary about 3 hours due to traffic conditions, ferry schedule, and drop off location of passengers around Cat Ba town. So that you need to book pick up time at least 5 hours period your flight departure time,

Cancellation Policies

  • More than 48 hours before arrival: 100% refund with USD 4 / car as handling fee will be charged
  • 24 hours to 48 hours before the departure time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded
  • Within 24 hours before the departure time: No refund
  • Passenger not showing up: No refund
