Bus itinerary

In Hue, a transit car will pick you up at your hotel (around Hue city) and transfer you to the bus office for the limousine van to Da Nang (via Hai Van tunnel)

After 2 hours of transfer, you arrive at the Bus office in Da Nang and from there you will be transferred to your hotel in Hội An by transit car. Arriving at your hotel after around 3 - 3.5 hours of transfer

Pick-Up and Drop-off Location

• Pick-up: Any location within Hue city center or the default meeting point as 26 Ha Huy Giap Street, Hue city, Thua Thien Hue province (Click to see the location on Google Maps)
• Drop-off: Any location within Hội An town city center
• Note: Pick-up and drop-off will be done by a transit car (4-seat or 7-seat) from/to the meeting point in Hue and from bus office in Da Nang to your hotel in Hội An
• Pick-up Time: As this is a shared van service, the actual pickup time maybe 30 minutes before the mentioned time – depend on the pick-up location of yours and other passengers.

Confirmation

• You will receive confirmation of your booking’s availability within 1 business days via email, What-apps, or Line
• There’s no need to show any confirmation or have e-tickets. You just need to tell your name to get in the van

Luggage allowance

• Each passenger can bring 1 standard-sized luggage and 1 small handbag
• The standard luggage size is 70x50x30cm

About VIP-seat

• A typical limousine van would contain 9 seats, 2 at the front, 4 in the middle, and 3 at the back
• The 4 seats in the middle (called VIP seats) are larger and more comfortable compared to the normal seats
• These 4 seats also be a good option for those who would easily get car sickness.

Children Policy

• Children with age 0-4 are free of charge as long as they are seating with a paying adult
• Child seats are not available for this transfer

Important Note

• The duration of transfers may vary due to traffic conditions
• The buses do not have accessibility features for disabled passengers (i.e., wheelchair users)
• Food and drinks are allowed for consumption inside the vehicle, with consideration to maintaining cleanliness during the ride
• The transfer may be canceled in cases of bad weather. You may contact customer service to book an alternative date or request a full refund

Cancellation Policies

• More than 48 hours before departure time: USD 2 / person as a handling fee
• 24 hours to 48 hours before starting time: refund of 50% of the total price
• Within 24 hours before starting time: No refund
• No-show: No refund
