Our vehicles are equipped with 2 rows of VIP chairs and Standard chairs.

Premium Seat Design: Comfortable and spacious seats (61cm wide) with features like:

  • VIP Reclining Sleeper Chair: Full massage function, automatic reclining (lie-flat), heating/cooling, and USB charging port (Type-C).
  • Meals/Snacks included in the fare.
  • Complimentary: Water, cold towels, and light snacks (sweet bread)!
  • Note: Light snacks (sweet bread) are only served on daily trips departing before 5:00 PM. Trips departing after 11:59 PM will not serve snacks.

👶 Child Ticket Policy

  • Children under 3 years old: Free of charge, must sit with parents/guardians.
  • Children aged 3-5 years old: Charged at the price of an adult ticket.

We offer free pick-up and drop-off at the following locations:

🏔️ Sapa

  • Door-to-door service in Sapa Town Center.
  • Support for pick-up/drop-off at 5 check-in locations in Sapa, Tả Van.

🚆 Lao Cai

  • Door-to-door pick-up/drop-off service in Lao Cai City Center.

🏙️ Hanoi

Door-to-door pick-up/drop-off service:
  • Within the vicinity of hotels and guesthouses in the districts of Ba Đình, Hai Bà Trưng, Tây Hồ.
Pick-up/Drop-off Points for 3 Key Customer Hubs:
  • Downtown areas of Đống Đa, Cầu Giấy, Hoàn Mai, and a part of Thanh Xuân, Nam Từ Liêm, Bắc Từ Liêm.
Pick-up/Drop-off Points for All Customers: 
  • Available at designated points in the city center such as: 463 Minh Khai, 72 Trường Chinh, 72 Nguyễn Trãi (Royal City), or 4 Khúc Duy Tiến, 120 Trần Quốc Hoàn, Công Viên Hòa Bình...
